MEMBERSHIP

All individuals who live in Germany and are 18 years and above can freely become a member of our community.

Only individuals over the age of 18 who live in Germany are able to purchase on our site.

To become a member of our community, you do not need a doctor’s prescription. What we do require is that you’re at least 18 years old and you are a German resident.

ORDERING

  1.  Choose from the different product categories we have: Cannabis, Concentrates, Edibles, etc.
  2. Select the product(s) and the quantity you want.
  3. After choosing what you want, Proceed To Checkout.
  4. Fill in your Billing Details CORRECTLY. (Please check again to make sure the delivery details you provided is correct. After your package has been delivered to the address you provided, we would not be held responsible if you later inform us that it was the wrong address.)
  5. Choose your preferred Shipping Option.(Standard or Express Shipping)
  6. Choose your preferred Payment Option. (Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT or PayPal)
  7. You can now place your order.
  8. Make payment for your order.
  9. After you have made your payment, send a screenshot of your payment to our Sales Team at sales@allbuds.de or send it by clicking the Live Chat icon at the bottom right corner of the page.
  10. Your payment will be verified and once it is confirmed, we will proceed immediately to packaging and ready your order for shipping and delivery. You will be notified by Email of your order status and tracking information.

Editing My Order

Once an order has been placed, you will be unable to edit it. If you wish to add or change some items, all you need to do is to create a new order and request that the old order should be cancelled.

Cancelling My Order

If you wish to cancel an order, you will need to send us a message either through our Email or send it by clicking the Live Chat icon at the bottom right corner of the page and mention your request.

N:B All unprocessed orders will be automatically cancelled after 48 hours.

If you want larger quantities than what we have listed, you may have to consider placing multiple orders.

Exception: If you are buying in huge quantities as a wholesaler, feel free to contact us for negotiations.

We are purely an e-commerce platform. We do not have a shopfront location.

PAYMENT

We only accept payments through BITCOIN, ETHEREUM, USDT & PAYPAL.

To make payment for your order, you will copy either our Bitcoin, Ethereum or USDT Wallet Address or copy the PayPal information that will be shown to you after you complete your checkout details and click “Place Order”.

PACKAGING

We understand that most people require discretion so we discreetly package every order in a way that the content of the package is not revealed.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

You will find your tracking number in the Email that will be sent to you after completing your order.

If you’re unable to find/identify your tracking number, please contact us by sending a message either to our Email or through our Live Chat at the bottom right of the page.

It all depends on the shipping option you chose before you checkout your order. There are two shipping options available. Express Shipping takes 24hours to deliver your package and Standard Shipping takes 48hours.

If you do not get your package 2 days after the expected arrival date, let us know and we will file a trace. When a trace is filed, we will conduct an investigation (which can take 5 business days to complete). If we locate the package, we will re-ship it to you using the same shipping option you selected. If it’s deemed “unrecoverable” or lost in transit, we will send you a replacement package of the same worth of your previous package and an extra bonus worth up to €50.

We do not ship cannabis out of Germany.
